Toilet graffiti in bars and clubs is a very special form of artistic expression. It arises spontaneously, anonymously and without any claim to permanence. Away from the hustle and bustle and the thumping bass, people communicate in a direct and unfiltered way that is rarely seen in other public places. This work first documents toilet graffit and compares different forms of Toiletgraffit. The messages conveyed by the graffiti are then transferred to a book of poetry. The aim of the work is to document the artistic aspect of toilet graffiti, compare the different forms of graffiti and make the content visible.
